Thank you for visiting Wild Though Ltd. We value our customer’s trust, so protecting your data and respecting your right to privacy when processing and using your personal data is important to us. We have tried to be as transparent as possible about how we collect, use and protect you date.

This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how it is used. All data is stored either securely in our office, in cloud storage or with our eCommerce site provider Shopify. All date is on password protected devices.

Our privacy practices are in line with requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 PERSONAL INFORMATION 

  1. We collect personal data such as email address, name, shipping address, billing address, phone number and payment information when you place an order. This information is used to secure payment for purchase and deliver your order to you.
  2. All data collected with orders is stored on our Shopify account. https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
  3. We use Stripe to process your payments via Shopify Payments. Only the last four digits of your payment method(s) are stored. You can find out more about Stripe’s privacy policy here - https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
  4. We do not collect passwords when you create a customer account.
  5. We collect personal data such as name, email address and phone number when you contact us using our contact form. We use this data to respond to your message.
  6. We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. Your data is stored in The Shopify account. https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy
  7. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button in the footer of any newsletter we have sent you, or by sending us an email to info@wildthought.co.uk

IP ADDRESS AND COOKIES 

  1. We collect personal data such as IP address when you visit our website and click Continue on our cookie disclaimer.

  3. How we use Cookies

Analytics: We use Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors engage with our website, and collect information relating to number of visits to our website, what pages are visited, the duration of a visitor's stay, and where the visitor originated from e.g. search engine, direct visit etc. All the information collected is completely anonymous and no personal details are collected.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

By using the Wild Thought website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out within it. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or otherwise.

Any liability under these terms and conditions cannot exceed the total price of your order.

Wild Thought Ltd is not responsible for any business loss or damage which does not result directly from their actions, or that was unforeseeable at the time of ordering.

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order via our website, it is classed as an offer, which if accepted by us results in a binding contract. By completing the checkout process on Wild Thought website, you are also agreeing to all of our Terms and Conditions as presented on the website.

When your order is accepted, you will be sent an email containing the details of your order. Once this email has been sent, it means the order has been accepted, a contract has been formed, and payment will be taken. If, in the unlikely event, your order is not accepted, we will notify you via email of why this is the case, and no payment will be taken.

It is your responsibility to check all the information in the confirmation email is correct and notify us immediately via email should there be any inaccuracies. We will not be liable for reimbursing you for the value of any goods which have perished or been damaged as a result of your failure to inform us of inaccurate information being listed on the confirmation email.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Should you wish to cancel an order that has been accepted by us, and a confirmation email has already been sent out to you, we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel the order, and provide a full refund. However, if you email us as soon as possible, and your items have not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to cancel your order and refund you in full without charge. In cases where your order has already been shipped, this will not be possible. You will need to go through our returns process.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

All of the product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. As such, products and their packaging may vary from the pictures on the website. The products offered by Wild Thought Ltd are constantly rotated and adapted.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Payment for subscriptions will always be taken from the credit or debit card you used to sign up. It will be taken on the same date each month (the date you signed up) unless you change this. Subscriptions must be cancelled 1 week prior to your payment date. We are unable to cancel your subscription delivery if you cancel after this period. If cancellation is made at least 1 week in advance of your billing date, your subscription will be cancelled free of charge. You can cancel by emailing us at info@wildthought.co.uk.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the condition of any of the products that you receive, please let us know immediately via email, including photographic evidence, and we will take any necessary action. 

If you do not inform us of a problem within 7 days of receipt of the order, or you do not provide any photographic evidence relating to the complaint, we will be unable to accept your claim, or provide a refund.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and written in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
